ASG Crosses 3,500 Customer Threshold and Enters 2019 Full-Throttle

2019 is set to be a great year for ASG. Today, we announced that the company is starting the year with 3,500 customers—a major milestone as we write this next chapter of our corporate story. The past few years have been dedicated to executing strategic product enhancements and superior service, which have been instrumental in driving customer demand. In the past 12 months, we have enthusiastically joined forces with top-notch customers such as Duke University, Genesco, McKesson Corporation, Southern Company and many more.

As ASG continues to expand our customer portfolio, we have also recorded our third consecutive year of total revenue growth. We are proud, amidst this momentum, to maintain the size and stability needed to support global enterprise demands and still service our clients in a highly personalized way. ASG’s accomplishments in the past year have proven this model is working for us as a company and for our customers—we are big enough to matter and small enough to care.

That said, ASG’s customer growth did not happen by itself. We are thankful to have strategic partnerships that have extended our reach and pushed us to take our products to the next level. In fact, in the past three years, ASG partner contribution has grown from 12 percent to 29 percent. ASG plans to continue investing in our work with partners in 2019 to drive innovation and deliver long-term value to mutual customers.

Today, ASG supports organizations from 60 geographies spanning vertical markets including financial services, health care, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and federal with our portfolio of Information Management and IT Systems Management solutions. We were able to deepen our footprint in the APAC region, and specifically in India, through our acquisition of Mowbly in March 2018. As we look to maximize these new market opportunities in 2019, the past year certainly laid ample groundwork to build on.

While I’m particularly proud as CEO, the industry has also taken notice of our achievements and plans for the future. In 2018, ASG was recognized as a Leader in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Metadata Management Solutions and one of KMWorld’s 100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management. We were also recognized with a number of awards including Business Intelligence Group’s 2018 BIG Award for Enterprise Company of the Year – Technology Software, the Bronze Stevie for the American Business Award for Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year and the A-Team Group’s 2018 RegTech Award for Best Vendor Solution for Data Governance.

These accolades showcase ASG’s customer focus and commitment to innovation.  We are bringing to market new and advanced solutions to serve the needs of our customers. Modern enterprises need agility to navigate today’s fast-changing business and regulatory environment, and we know from our survey of CIOs that compliance is a top concern. That is why ASG has been focused on providing solutions that not only make compliance efforts simple and efficient, but also discover critical insights that can steer our customers’ businesses forward. In 2018 we delivered solution updates for Data Intelligence 9.8, Content Services, TMON Performance Analyzer 11 and Audit and Analytics.

Many industry trends are coming to a head in 2019—with data regulations delivering real ultimatums and digital transformations becoming an increasingly urgent must for companies. ASG, with our partners and products, will be there to ensure our customers have the IT strategy they need to achieve their business goals.
