ASG Launches Year-round Women Leaders in Technology Program

ASG is thrilled to announce that it is launching its Women Leaders in Technology (WLIT) program, replicating and growing the success of the annual EVOLVE event. ASG’s WLIT session at EVOLVE20 was an enormous success. In fact, it left many of our 200+ attendees wanting more. At ASG, we believe women’s leadership should be promoted more than once a year – so our year-round WLIT program will do just that.

What can WLIT community members expect?

Each quarter, ASG will host a virtual Coffee Talk Session with women leaders for WLIT community members to attend, moderated by our very own woman leader in tech: Mary Wells, ASG’s SVP of marketing. The community welcomes ASG customers, partners and employees, as well as anyone in the industry to join. Coffee Talk panelists will include industry influencers, authors and executives who can provide valuable insights for both professional and personal growth.

The WLIT Coffee Talk sessions present a unique opportunity for members because they're not just a presentation, they're a two-way conversation. Members get to hear relatable stories from impressive women and ask follow-up questions to guide their careers forward. That’s how knowledge-sharing among women drives real results.

In addition to the Coffee Talk sessions, attendees are welcome to join ASG’s Women Leaders in Technology Community. This group is dedicated to leading and mentoring women now and for generations to come. That way the conversation truly never stops, and WLIT members are continuously exposed to relevant articles, industry events and other content that can further their journeys as women leaders in technology. ASG Coffee Talk panelists will also share blog posts every quarter to recap events and share a steady stream of thought leadership for our members.

Join us today!

The WLIT community is already up and running, with our first Coffee Talk session scheduled to take place on International Women’s Day (March 8). So, mark your calendars and register here. ASG’s second Coffee Talk session – which will be a book club hosted by the authors of Please Stay: How Women in Tech Survive and Thrive, Debra Christmas and Kelley Irwin – will take place on June 8. Registration will open in February, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, look out for blogs highlighting ASG’s WLIT panelists in the coming weeks. We can’t wait to grow this community together.
