ASG-JCLPREP® QuickStart Package: 12-16 weeks

The ASG-JCLPREP QuickStart Package ensures ASG-JCLPREP is successfully deployed within a Client’ organization. An ASG consultant will work with the Client’ team to install ASG-JCLPREP and train the Client’ staff in maintaining the product. Before the visit, the ASG technician will need to conduct dialogs with your team leader or future product administrator to ensure all required initial information regarding system environment, security, and initial product expectations are available at the outset.

		—	Investigate current configuration
		—	Gather existing documented standards and review process for gathering new standards, if needed
		—	Create custom implementation plan
	Implement ASG-JCLPREP (Assumption: ASG-JCLPREP is installed)
		—	Configure ASG-JCLPREP options
		—	Write simple rules for standards enforcement (does not include rules coding training, except in overview, and will primarily focus on error message modification or suppression)
		—	Prepare a simple job within ASG-JCLPREP (e.g., schedule load procedures)
	Document Recommendations for Additional Rollout of ASG-JCLPREP
	Conduct Product Training on ASG-JCLPREP
		—	Administrator training (installation and panel usage only)

* This process may be accomplished by the Client’s team with ASG remote assistance prior to the visit to allow more time for other tasks. In that instance, some of this would remain, but would require far less time.
