In May, 2004, ASG announced a global reseller agreement with Stellar Technologies, Inc., (OTCBB: SLLR), a leading provider of employee Internet monitoring solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, ASG will market and distribute globally Stellar Technologies’ Stellar Internet Monitoring™ solution as ASG-StellarIM’ (Enterprise Edition), which will be included in the ASG Infrastructure Management family of products. ASG will also provide support for its clients who use ASG-StellarIM.
ASG-StellarIM enables businesses and government agencies to securely monitor and report on employee Internet usage, including instant messaging and Web browsing, by department, region, physical location and more. ASG-StellarIM’s flexible, Web-based reporting facilities alert management of individuals and computers that violate the Internet Usage Policy (IUP) defined by the organization, providing detailed information about each exception. Managers can access the monitored information via standard SSL-enabled Web browsers.
