ASG Acquires Cypress Corporation

ASG Expands “Total Information Ownership” Capabilities through Addition of Leading Content and Output Management Solutions

NAPLES, Fla./Tuesday, March 29, 2005 — ASG, an enterprise software and professional services provider to Global 5000 companies, today announced the acquisition of Cypress Corporation, a Rochester Hills, Mich.-based developer and provider of content management and output management software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cypress’ content management and delivery solution includes modules that enable report distribution, output management, document archiving and retrieval, Web content delivery, document enhancement (including electronic forms and barcodes), and data mining. Cypress products also provide a “Content Processing Facility” (CPF) that drives document processes, automating the collation and delivery of reports and other documents. Cypress’ products will join the ASG Information Management and Operations Management product families.
