Curriculum for ESEs (Enterprise Solutions Engineers)
ASGU provides a five-week blended program for every new ESE- Enterprise Solutions Engineers. There are three components to the Naples-based CSE training. Additional product certification is available once they begin working in the field with a Senior Support Architect as a mentor. The curriculum includes:
Component 1: Technical Solutions Overview and Introduction to ASG Resources
Online Curriculum 2-3 Weeks
Objectives:
- Receive an introduction to each ASG Product families at a high level
- Create a point-product foundation for our core and departmental BSP Solutions
- Introduction to the High Level Messaging for BSP
Component 2: Advanced ESE BSP Training
Week 4: Live in Naples
Objectives:
- All ESEs receive intensive BSP Technical Level Solution Training. Four Certification levels including: Basic-Advanced-Master-Master w/Trainer Endorsement Available
Component 3: Process and Execution
Week 5: Live in Naples
Objectives:
- Explore the Account Executive/Enterprise Solution Engineer Partnership
- Meet and interact with Corporate Resource Personnel including PMs and Development
- Interact with systems including the CRM and Support Requests
- Opportunities to interact within the live demo environment
