ASG’s Business Service Platform AdaptersSeamless Integration to Application and Infrastructure Performance Tools and DataASG offers a comprehensive set of technologies and services that connect IT asset sources and data sources to its BSM solution. By integrating third-party and customized systems management tools, ASG provides your enterprise with a single point of truth. ASG’s MetaCMDB helps create effective and pervasive enterprise architectures by parsing data from a variety of ODBC and SNMP sources and storing them. ASG’s BSP Universal Adapter provides both discovery and monitoring functions, bringing data from a database (or SNMP input source) via a plug-and-play structure. Notably, ASG’s BSP Universal Adapter measures performance, availability, and the overall response time between applications and the user. ASG’s BSP Universal Adapter enables IT to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful information on business services. It is also ASG’s primary vehicle to seamlessly integrate critical performance and availability data, however in some customer situations custom development will be required. ASG also has the unique ability to leverage integration work from the development of over 100 analysis adapters; all from ASG’s market-leading Metadata repositories. |
