As Senior Vice President of Administration & Corporate Organization and Taxation
Strategies, Pat Pullen supervises ASG's domestic and international administrative
activities. He also oversees all corporate organizational and tax strategies.
Pullen has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining ASG,
he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crown Symplematic. He also
provided financial management services at Easley, McCaleb & Stallings, Ltd., and
Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
Pullen received an LLM degree in tax from Emory University School of Law, a JD from
the University of Akron, and a B.A. in accounting from Kent State University.
