John Connor oversees the strategic direction of ASG’s technology. He also advises on ASG partnerships, technology alliances, and acquisitions. Connor speaks worldwide on automation, help desk implementation, operations productivity, and enterprise-systems management. He has authored over 40 articles on enterprise systems management, large systems performance, and automation for publication in journals like Xephon, CMG Transactions, Enterprise Systems Journal, and Computer Operations Manager.
Connor brings over 30 years of technology and management experience to ASG. He has worked for companies such as Landmark Systems Corporation, Boole & Babbage, and BMC Software.
