ASG Partner Programs Overview

The ASG Partner Program is a multi-type partner model designed to offer you dedicated and specialized resources to grow your business.

The ASG Partner Program offers a flexible structure designed to accommodate our partners' individual business models and is composed of the three main partnership types:

  • Certified Resellers - typically a distributor, reseller, or VAR who is certified to resell ASG products to customers. In addition, this partner might also add supplementary components and services to offer a complete, compelling, and unique solution.
  • Certified System Integrators - in addition to being able to resell ASG products (see above), this type of partner, typically a system integrator or IT service provider, will add services (e.g. implementation, consultancy, training etc.) to the ASG product line, typically around implementing and developing unique solutions. They are qualified for a fixed margin, which will be agreed upon when signing the partner contract.
  • Certified XaaS Providers - services providers, Telcos, hosting partners, and outsourcers fall under this category. Partners of this type usually provide hosted IT services to a large number of end-user companies on a subscription or lease model. The services they offer are typically managed services, outsourcing services, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) offerings.
    For ASG CloudFactory we are differentiating this partner type in two models: The partner either runs and operates his XaaS platform based on CloudFactory in his own data center environment (on-premise), or it is hosted by ASG using ASG's WhiteLabel XaaS platform (MOSES / cloud park) (off-premise).

In addition to our main partners, we have crafted an option for partners that are not able to qualify for the category mentioned above, for various reasons:

  • Referral Partners - these types of partners do not fulfill any, or sufficient, criteria required to meet for the partnerships above. In order to still honor their efforts around our product portfolio we have implemented this stream.
