As Chief Operating Officer, Derek Eckelman assists the CEO in managing ASG's daily operations and provides critical input on ASG's future strategic directions.

Eckelman also advises on ASG’s mergers and acquisitions, all legal matters, including litigation, intellectual property, employment contracts, insurance, corporate governance and compliance, leasing of real estate property, and domestic and international corporate transactions.

Eckelman has been with ASG since 1999. He earned his J.D. degree from Washington University and is a member of the Illinois and Florida State Bars.
