As Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, Alex Derby is responsible for worldwide sales operations, internal infrastructure activities (including product pricing and sales help desk), CRM, data extraction and analysis, sales compensation, revenue recognition, sales forecasting and staffing, as well as transaction booking, negotiating, and managing enterprise and other large account relationships.

Derby has been with ASG since 2001, serving in a variety of management roles, including Sales Automation and Analyst, Enterprise Account Services, and was instrumental in the development and implementation of internal business practices and processes. Derby worked for IBM prior to joining ASG and has over 14 years of management experience in the software industry. He holds a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing.
